When a customer requests for a service, we send that request to suitable service professionals in that category (e.g. photographer).
For example, if you have stated in your business profile that you are in the “Photography” category serving “KL / Selangor”, you will be sent relevant jobs in that category and area.
This is an example of the email you will receive.
Click the link in the email, or go to your Recommend.my dashboard or Recommend.sg dashboard, and you will see a list of latest job requests. Click "Submit a Quote" next to the job you want, and add your quote details.
If the customer responds to your quote, you will be charged a "Connection Fee" that will be deducted from your Recommend Credit balance. You will need to purchase Recommend Credits to connect with customers on Recommend.
