After you submit a request form for a service professional, our team will check through it to see if there is enough information.
We may call you to clarify a few areas.
After that, we will broadcast your request to suitable service professionals. We won't show the service professional your contact details*, only your name, as well as the rest of your requirements.
The service professional will then prepare and submit a response, along with a cost estimate.
You will get an email notification whenever a service professional responds. You can also view all responses by logging into your RecomN dashboard.
If no service professional has responded by 24 hours, we will let you know, but we'll keep trying.
If no service professional has responded by 48 hours, we will let you know again, but we'll close your request at this point.
