Not getting any requests? There could be a few reasons:
Did you add the right categories to your business?
We send customer requests to suitable service professionals based on the category they are in.
For example, if you added the "plumber" category, then we will send plumber requests to you.
But if somebody wants to install concealed piping, then maybe they will fill in a request for "renovation contractor".
If you can do such jobs, then you should also add "renovation contractor" to your list of categories.
Are our emails going to your spam folder?
Please check your spam, or junk email folder to see if there is anything from RecomN.com.
If there is, you should mark it as "not spam".
Another way to do it is to add "email@example.com" to your address book.
Did you set the correct location?
When you were setting up your business profile, you were asked to enter the locations that you serve (e.g. Penang, Johor, etc).
Please check to see that you have the correct locations listed.
If you serve the whole of Malaysia, you can leave "State" blank and we will send any requests to you regardless.
Are you an ultra-niche service?
One final reason why you may not be getting lots of requests; your business is something we don't actively promote (yet).
Some examples could be dog walkers (yes we have that category), or yoga instructors.
Don't worry, we'll get there!
But that doesn't mean you should get rid of your business listing. After all, it's important to have your business appear if people Google it, and a RecomN.com listing is a great way to achieve that!
